Here, the cooperative ASPROTIMANÁ has united over 850 farmers across 22 villages since 2001, working tirelessly to achieve socio-economic stability while championing sustainable practices. Especially notable is their focus on empowering women in coffee production through initiatives like Mujeres Cafeteras, providing training in business leadership and coffee processing. Together, they are facing challenges like land scarcity and climate change head-on to craft a sustainable future for Colombian coffee.
