Is coffee good for your health (or is it bad)?

Coffee’s been through more PR makeovers than a 90s pop star. Science now says - good news - it’s mostly on the 'good' side.
In moderation (3–4 cups a day for most people), coffee’s linked to reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, liver disease, Parkinson’s and even depression. It’s packed with antioxidants and can give your brain a solid focus boost.
The 'bad' stuff? Overdo it and you might get the jitters, mess with your sleep or spike anxiety. If your heart’s doing a drum ’n’ bass set after two espressos, you might want to switch to decaf for the arvo.
Verdict: coffee’s good for you, unless you’re chugging it like it’s a competitive sport.
